Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: Open for BA customers Photo Contest (the “Contest”) is open to those who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Contest is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law.
• Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of BA as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.
• Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on September 16th, 2023, at 8:00 AM PST and ending on October 31st, 2023, at 11:59 PM PST. All online entries must be received by October 31st, 2023, 11:59 PM PST

• How to Enter: The Contest must be entered by submitting your images by email to yamhed@batents.com, tagging photos with both #Badasstents on Facebook or Instagram accounts. Liking us on Instagram Facebook and Youtube, help us share a review on Facebook and Google. One photo equals one entry. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. ONLY FOR BA customers.

• Prizes: A total of 3 winners (the “Winners”) will be selected in the Contest. All winners will be chosen by BA staff on November 1st, 2023. Winners will be notified through Facebook or Instagram (or email address if an alternative entry is used.) Prizes will be mailed or will be available for pickup at 12925 Brookprinter Pl #200, Poway, CA 92064 No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.

• Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected via random drawing at the beginning of next month by BA staff. The winner will be notified via entry within five days. BA shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 3 business days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by the Winner of the prize offered in this Contest is conditional upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• By entering the Contest, entrants agree that photos submitted can be used by the Badass Tents for advertising purposes
• The prize must be collected by the winner and is non-transferable.
• Your Rights: You will retain all rights to any photograph you submit — including ownership if applicable. By submitting photos in the Contest, You grant BA a royalty-free, nonexclusive right, in perpetuity, to use the photograph on the Internet in support of our mission; use the photograph in BA’s commercial communications, promotions, and public art displays; use the photograph in BA-related news stories, newsletters, reports, slide shows, displays, web pages, and the like; use, in connection with the Contest, Your name, city, state, and country of residence in promotions and other publications; and keep the files provided and to archive, the images on BA’s cloud or in other electronic forms so that your photos can be used to support our mission and be properly credited. As conditions of this permission, BA shall credit each photograph with the participating Contestant’s name. Please do not submit images that are not your own.
• Terms & Conditions: BA reserves the right to modify award packages as needed. BA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond BA’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. In such a case, BA may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by BA. BA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. BA has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, BA reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold a harmless BA and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
• Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winners’ names or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to12925 Brookprinter Pl #200, Poway, CA 92064. Requests must be received no later than October 31st, 2023.
