Welcome to BadassTents.com. We have established our Terms of Use and we advise you that you are subject to these terms when you use the our Badass website.

In many instances, there may be simple tricks to mounting products that we can easily walk you through if our instructions, or videos, do not help. Please send us as many detailed photos as possible, with a full description of the questions you need answered to sales@batents.com.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Our website is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. That said, our offices are open Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm Pacific Standard Time, excluding National holidays. We strive to process orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. As an example… If you order over a weekend or Holiday, then your order will process on the second business day. Always plan shipping times into your expectations to avoid rush shipping charges or missed expectations. As a general rule of thumb, in stock items should;d arrive at your door within 2 weeks in the continental USA.
PROP 65 WARNING
Due to California's insane rules and regulations its best we just tell you that ALL of our products have chemicals used in the processing or production that are know to cause cancer. When working on your vehicle and handling our parts, simple common sense will go a long way to making sure you stay safe:
• Do not eat, lick or otherwise ingest any of our products • Do not smoke, snort or inject any of our products. • Work in a well-ventilated areaWear proper protective clothing, including gloves. • Wash this clothing and gear separately from other items. • Wash your hands when you finish, especially before preparing food or eating. •Clean up your work area with a wet mop or vacuum cleaner with a high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter.
HARD PARTS WARRANTY
HARD PARTS INCLUDE; FRAME, PLASTICS, STRUTS AND BRACKETS.
All of our products are warranted against defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 3 years. This does not cover finishes such as plating, or painted surfaces, discoloration or rust. This warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the part, which may be proven defective under normal use. We will not warranty any part that has been abused, misused, improperly installed, or modified. Before sending a new replacement part to you, we must receive the original, defective part back first.
Refunds may be issued on new, unused products in the original packaging and must be returned within 30 days from purchase date. We can only offer a refund if you bought the product directly through us. If you purchased through a dealer, you must contact them for a refund. In some cases, we may access up to a 15% restocking fee, and we do NOT refund shipping fees either way.
Dealers or distributors are not authorized to make dispositions binding upon Badass Tents. We will not be responsible for any labor charges incurred in removing or replacing any product under warranty.
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number and a copy of the purchase invoice. Parts being returned without a return authorization may be refused at our receiving docks.
We do not under any circumstances refund shop labor for installation or disassembly of a product, painters cost for painting, or any other 3rd party vender related to use of the product.
SOFT PARTS WARRANTY
SOFT PARTS INCLUDE; FABRICS, CLOTHING, PATCHES AND DECALS.
You may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Any items purchased after 30 days may not be returned. We do not offer direct exchanges, nor replace tents fabric due to use or damage by user. If you wish to exchange product you will need to return the undesired product for a full refund and make your new purchases at www.BADASSTENTS.com. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number and a copy of the purchase invoice. Apparel being returned without a return authorization may be refused.
DAMAGED AND LOST PACKAGES
All products are double-checked, carefully packaged and shipped in good condition when leaving our Poway, CA warehouse. Products that are damaged, regardless of the condition or appearance of box, or lost by the carrier must be reported to us immediately by calling us at (858) 842-1855. We will file the claim for you and determine the best plan of action depending on the circumstances of the carrier loss or damage.
PRODUCT RELEASE OF LIABILITY
The buyer of any Badass Tents product releases Hotbodies Racing, Inc. from all liabilities as to the use of those products. The buyer recognizes that any alteration or modification to any vehicle may increase the risk of injury or accident and may also render the vehicle illegal for public road use. Always check with your local law enforcement and Department of Motor Vehicles before altering your vehicle in any way.
